These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the l8o platform and you ("User"). l8o is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services for Bangladeshi players.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Once a bonus is cancelled or expired, it will be removed from the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

The l8o VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Tiers advance based on gaming activity.

The l8o platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and many other gaming services. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet has been placed and the game has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is interrupted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• l8o is not liable for any losses caused by network disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi — the specific rules of each event apply.
• l8o reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets on events connected to match-fixing or corruption will be cancelled.

6.3 Game Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, l8o's game log will be considered the final evidence. Any complaint must be submitted within 24 hours via live chat.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the l8o platform:

• Using fraud, manipulation or unauthorized software.
• Placing bets using any kind of bot, script or automated system.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the site.
• Placing artificial bets to meet bonus conditions ("bonus abuse").

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance and legal action where applicable.
